Risk and Capital Management

The Risk Management process at Oliveira Trust aims to organize the identification, assessment, monitoring, control and mitigation of the risks involved in its activities, in order to maximize returns for its shareholders, reducing the volatility of results, using effective internal controls and optimizing available processes and resources.

The Capital Management structure of Oliveira Trust includes roles and responsibilities that enable the adequate risk management, through identification and evaluation mechanisms; policies and strategies; capital plan, simulated events and management reporting. Oliveira Trust has established a Capital plan, with a three-year period, consistent with its operations, the complexity of the products and services offered, and the scope of its exposure to risk.
