Oliveira Trust Now Participates in Four Out of Every Ten New Debt Issuances

Company Expands Its Capital Markets Presence, Reaches R$705 Billion in Bookkeeping Assets and Reports R$72.9 Million in Net Profit in the First Half

Oliveira Trust strengthened its position in Brazil’s capital markets infrastructure, ending the first half of the year involved in nearly four out of every ten new issuances of debentures, real estate receivables certificates (CRIs), agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs) and commercial notes. The company’s share of the market as a fiduciary agent reached 39% year to date.

This growth was accompanied by expansion across several business lines. Assets under administration increased 26% to R$181.4 billion, while assets under custody rose 21.1% to R$222.9 billion. In bookkeeping services, the volume surged 37.2% to R$705 billion.

The expansion of operations was also reflected in the company’s financial results. Oliveira Trust reported net revenue of R$185.5 million between January and June, up 17% from the same period in 2025. Net profit grew even faster, increasing 24.6% to R$72.9 million.

The results come amid the expansion of Brazil’s capital markets, which recorded R$361.8 billion in public offerings in the first half of the year, 10% more than in the same period a year earlier. Growth was driven primarily by structured funds: Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs) raised R$53 billion, up 29%, while Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) and Agribusiness Investment Funds (Fiagros) grew 104% and 288%, respectively.

According to José Alexandre Freitas, CEO of Oliveira Trust, the company’s growth reflects its expanding presence across different segments of the capital markets. The executive attributes this progress to client relationships, the expansion of the company’s service offerings and the use of technology to manage increasingly large volumes efficiently and securely.
